OUR BUSINESS POLICY

1 — LISON is a simplified joint-stock company, registered in Paris under registration number 812 803 575 RCS Paris, with its registered office at 10 boulevard Delessert 75016 Paris. This company specializes in the retail sale sector.

2 — LISON sells products on the lisonparis.com website through its own e-commerce activity exclusively to consumers.

3 — By "Consumer," we mean any natural person who is not acting for professional or business purposes. If you are not a "Consumer," we kindly ask you to refrain from entering into commercial transactions on lisonparis.com.

4 — Considering the business policy described above, lisonparis.com reserves the right not to process orders from individuals who do not meet the "Consumer" criteria or for orders that do not comply with its business policy.

5 — These general terms and conditions of sale exclusively govern the offer, transfer, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on lisonparis.com for lisonparis.com users.

PURCHASING ON THE LISON E-BOUTIQUE

1 —The order form provides a summary of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as information on the essential characteristics of each ordered product and its price (including applicable taxes or fees), the payment methods that can be used to purchase each product, the delivery terms for purchased products, the delivery fees, the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal, and finally, the return terms and conditions for purchased products.

2 — The contract is concluded when LISON receives your order form electronically and once the accuracy of the order data has been verified.

3 — Before proceeding with the purchase of products by submitting the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. By validating the order, you expressly accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

4 — The order form will be stored in our database for the time necessary to process the orders and in accordance with legal time limits. You can access your order form by consulting the "Your Account / Your Orders" section.

5 — Before submitting the order form, you will also be asked to identify and correct any input errors.

6 — The available languages for concluding the contract with LISON are French and English.

7 — Once the contract is concluded, LISON will take care of your order.

8 — The products will be shipped to the delivery address you provided in your profile.

Deliveries are made throughout France and internationally. The products will be delivered within the timeframe indicated on the website, starting from the close of the sale and after the validation of the order by the customer. The package will be delivered within 4 to 6 business days in France and 8 to 10 days internationally (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

The package will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer at the time of the order, against a signature. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left in the mailbox, indicating the post office where the package can be picked up.

9 — In the event that the products presented on lisonparis.com are no longer available or for sale at the time of your last access to the website or when submitting the order form, LISON must promptly communicate to you, and in any case, within thirty working days from the day following your order, the possible unavailability of the ordered products. If the order form is submitted and the price is paid, LISON will refund the amount you have paid.

10 — By electronically submitting the order form, you accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and commit to observing these conditions in your relationship with LISON. If you disagree with any of the terms stated in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to submit your order form for the purchase of products on lisonparis.com and to contact one of our customer service representatives by phone at +33 (0)6 86 95 73 51 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm, and Saturday, 10am to 5pm.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

1 — LISONPARIS.COM exclusively sells high-quality products. These products are purchased directly by LISON from carefully selected fashion houses, producers, and retailers known for their rigorous quality controls.

2 — LISON does not sell used products.

3 — The essential characteristics of the products are presented on LISONPARIS.COM within each product page. However, the images and colors of the products for sale on LISONPARIS.COM may not correspond to the actual colors due to variations in Internet browsers and screens. Therefore, photographs do not have contractual value.

PRODUCT PRICES

1 — Prices are displayed in euros, including VAT, and excluding delivery charges, unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are indicated during the order process.

2 — The prices indicated take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. If the rate were to change, these changes could be reflected in the price of the items without prior notice to the customer.

3 — LISON reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order registration.

PAYMENTS

1 — Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal account, credit card via PayPal (accepted cards include Carte Bleue, Visa, Maestro/Mastercard, American Express), or bank transfer:

2 — For the payment of the product price and shipping costs, you can follow the instructions indicated in your order form.

3 — In case of payment by credit/debit card, the financial information (e.g., credit/debit card number or expiration date) will be transferred through an encrypted protocol to PayPal or other banks providing services related to remote electronic payment, without third parties having access to it under any circumstances. Such information will only be used by LISON to complete the procedures related to your purchase or issue refunds in the event of product returns in accordance with the right of withdrawal or if it is necessary to prevent or report fraud on LISONPARIS.COM to the police.

4 — The price for the purchase of products and shipping costs, as indicated on the order form, will be debited from your current account at the time of purchase.

SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

- Returns are at the customer's expense UNLESS it is an exchange, in which case we will cover the return payment and the new shipment.

- Return or exchange requests must be made by email within a period of 30 days from the receipt of the merchandise. An exchange or refund will be issued after the receipt of the package.

- Customers have a  period of 30 days from the receipt of the product to notify their intention to return or exchange the merchandise. In the case of an exchange, Lison Paris will cover the initial return and the reshipment of the new product. In the case of a final return, the return costs are borne by the customer.

- All products sold on the site can be returned. The returned products must be in perfect resale condition, in their original packaging, and with their labels attached. For hygiene reasons, swimsuits must be returned with their intact hygienic protection.

Any damaged, incomplete, or improperly packaged products, as well as products with damaged original packaging or labels, will not be exchanged or refunded.

Shipments and returns are an integral and substantial part of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and their knowledge and acceptance are assumed when placing an order.
