At Lison Paris, returns and exchanges are possible within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Return condition
- All products sold on the website can be returned. Returned products must be in perfect resale condition, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, swimsuits must be returned with their sanitary protection intact.
- Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging or labeling is deteriorated will neither be exchanged nor refunded.

For a refund, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be issued to the original payment method (return shipping costs deducted).
