At Lison Paris, returns and exchanges are possible within 30 days from the date of receipt. 

 

Return condition

  • All products sold on the website can be returned. Returned products must be in perfect resale condition, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, swimsuits must be returned with their sanitary protection intact.
  • Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging or labeling is deteriorated will neither be exchanged nor refunded.

Frais de retour 

Return shipping costs for an exchange are fully covered for our customers.

For a refund, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be issued to the original payment method (return shipping costs deducted).

The applicable fees are as follows :

- For returns (=refunds) in France: €6
- For returns within the EU: €10
- For returns outside the EU and France: €30

- For exchanges outside the EU and France: €15
