Exchange and return

At Lison Paris, returns and exchanges are possible within 30 days from the date of receipt. You just need to go to your customer account and follow the procedure explained in "my returns".

 

Are the return fees for my Lison Paris order free?

• The return fees for a refund are at the customer's expense. However, if you would like an exchange, the fees are waived. You will receive a post voucher.
• The refund for your purchase, once the condition of your swimsuit is verified, will be processed within 10 days.
• All products sold on the website can be returned. The returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and with their tags. For hygiene reasons with swimsuits, they must be returned with their intact hygienic protection.
  
• Any damaged, incomplete, or products with deteriorated original packaging and labeling will not be exchanged or refunded.
